Bynder - Optimizely integration errors 500 and 403 and how to fix them.

500: possible related to UseWebDam setting enabled when it shouldn't.

403: possible related to permissions, verify the user is assigned to a WebEditor's role, and such role should be mapped properly in settings: Episerver/Cms/MappedRoles/WebEditors.
